Jeremy Mutinde, the preacher at Zombe, was converted through the World Bible School correspondence course. He reports 53 adult members and over 30 children. During the past year, 15 people were baptized. Currently the church is focused on the Sunday School program, visitation, evangelism, and youth ministry. Generally there are 8 to 10 people at the Wednesday mid-week Bible study and Jeremy has 24 World Bible School students. Jeremy and his wife Moli teach 61 children in a _ day pre-school program 5 days/week. The 3 classes are day care, nursery class, and pre-school. The congregation recently completed the digging of a 30 feet deep hand dug well. A temporary medical clinic room has been built. They hare dug a latrine and are preparing in the future to build a permanent brick church building. Their current temporary church building is made of mud and sticks.
